We will be moving our auction platform to the Bidsquare system immediately after the December 14, 2024 auction. This an important upgrade for our auction and we are very excited about the new benefits that it will offer to both our bidders and our consignors.
For our bidders, benefits include:
Improved system responsiveness during the auction. This move should eliminate the lags that some users have been experiencing during the live auction session
Online access to your bidder account. You will be able to view all invoices directly in the auction system
Invoice payment through your account on the auction system. You will be able to pay your invoice directly by logging into your account.
Detailed invoices. Your invoice will include a separate line for each lot won, and the lines will be hyperlinked so that you can click on the lot and bring up the catalogue listing.
Improved account maintenance. If you need to update your email address or shipping address, you will be able to do it directly in your account. There will no longer be a need for us to mirror the changes into the Quickbooks system.
Countdown meter during the live auction. As each lot is auctioned in the live session, there will be a countdown meter that tells you how many seconds before I close the lot.

Bidders who we mark in our auction as Non-Paying Bidders will automatically show as Non-Paying Bidders in the Bidsquare and LiveAuctioneers systems.

There will be a black-out period from December 15 through December 21. During that period of time we will be performing data migration from the Auctionmobility system to the Bidsquare system. You will not be able to access your account in our auction, or view past auction catalogues, during that time period. All users will need to create a new account in the new platform once it is up and running again. We will send out emails during the week keeping users up to date on the status of the system.
